Mission Statement

The purpose of the Mt. Zion Girls Empowerment Ministry (GEMs) is to disciple young girls by leading them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, nurturing them in their faith, affirming their gifts, and challenging them to be disciple makers that glorify God.

Focus

The focus of this sub-ministry is to meet the needs of girls ages 9 – 17 and raise a new generation of women whose hearts follow hard after God! With the age span we have composed two groups GEMs (ages 9-12) and (ages 13-17) S.S.A.S.C (Sisters Serious About Serving Christ).
